CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations, must be received in writing. Cancellations received before August 17, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing and administration fee. Cancellations received from August 18 to 31, 2012 will be refunded 50% less a $50 processing and administration fee. No refunds, including golf, will be issued after August 31, 2012.

In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by NIME for any reason, NIME shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall NIME be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.
